ORDER

This petition has been filed by the accused to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR.No.17 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent and take action in accordance to law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, the matter has been referred as 'mistake of fact' and to that effect, R.C.S.No.5/2019 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under law.
