Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condoning the absence on 01.11.2019 and permit the petitioner to appear before the trial court as per order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.14770 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.818 of 2017 in CC.No.07 of 2013 to comply with the condition on subsequent months and pass such further or other orders. [CRL.MP.NO.18850/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay for the absence of the petitioner on 01.11.2019 and permit the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court as per order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.14770 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.818 of 2017 in C.C.No.07 of 2013 to comply with the condition on subsequent month.
2. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support this petition that due to P.T.Warrant the petitioner / accused unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court on 01.11.2019. petitioner to bring the order for condone the absence of the petitioner on 01.11.2019.
