A representation has been given on 22.04.2019 by the petitioner and in the said representation quite apart from stating other facts, the petitioner seeks approval for appointment of Madathipathi of Sri Mutt Chidambara Swamigal Thirumadam at Thiruporur Taluk.

2. It is the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that his representation is pending before the respondents for the past eight months. No effective orders has been passed.

3. Hence, this Court is of the opinion that it would only be appropriate that the respondent consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2019, issue notice to the petitioner and to any other person who is interested in the subject matter, hold enquiry and pass appropriate orders with reasons. At any rate, such order shall be passed on or before 28.02.2020.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
