Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner on the respective hearing dates before the trial court in CC.No.12 of 2008 on the file of the learned XI Addl.Special Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai-600 001 to comply the conditions on subsequent months pending disposal of the Crl.MP.No.13530 of 2016 in Crl.Appeal NO838 of 2013.[CRL.MP.NO.18851/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIA PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of absence of the petitioner on the respective hearing dates before the Trial Court in C.C.No.12 of 2008 on the file of the learned XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai - 600 001 to comply the conditions on subsequent months.

2. It is seen from the affidavit that the petitioner had met with an accident and he sustained multiple grevious injuries and had undergone some major operations hence, he could not appear regularly as per the conditions. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allowed, condoned the delay of absence of the petitioner before the Trial Court to comply the conditions.
