[CRL.MP.NO.18853/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the absence of the petitioner on the respective hearing dates before the Trial Court in C.C.No.42 of 2012 on the file of the learned XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai - 600 001 to comply the conditions on subsequent months.
