The present Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 374 days in filing Restoration Application No. 89352 of 2024 seeking to restore the suit CS No. 704 of 2003.

2. The second respondent has filed a counter contending that though the delay has been explained, ignorance of law cannot be considered to condone the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit accompanying with the Application for condoning the delay being satisfactory, the delay is condoned. The Application is ordered.
