2.Despite the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent. It is to be seen that there is no serious objection for the respondent in allowing this petition. For rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.

3.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
