ORDER

When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents present. He would submit that in a similar Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.3324 of 2025, it was already reported that the order has been complied with and the petitioner also does not want to press the Contempt Petition in this case also.

2.In view thereof, recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order has been complied with and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that they do not want to press the Contempt Petition, the Contempt Petition stands closed as not pressed. 27.10.2025 ep 2/4
