O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to issue a copy of the Answer Sheet of Law Paper-I, for the examination held on 05.08.2023 vide Notification No.34/2023, dated 01.03.2023 as far as petitioner Registration No.3420235301 is concerned by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2023. 2.

With the consent of both the parties, this matter is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Mr.B.Vijay, learned Counsel takes notice of the Sole respondent.

With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the Recruitment Notification clause 13(a) and (b) states as under: "13.Information under Right to Information Act and claim for revaluation/re-totalling:

a) No candidate is permitted to peruse/obtain copies of the answer sheets (Preliminary and Main Examination) till finalization of the recruitment process. Page No.2 of 4

b) Information can be sought with regard to details of marks (raw and scaled) awarded to the candidates in each and every stage, only after the finalization of the recruitment process."

In view of the terms and conditions stipulated in the notification, the petitioner is not entitled to secure the relief at this juncture, since the process is yet to be completed in all respects. After completion of the process in entirety, the petitioner may submit his necessary application. 5.

With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
