This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) in this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27133 of 2024 in Crime No.18 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27133 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
