ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to rectify the mistake by deleting the three unknown names (a) Venkatesan, (b) Sakuntala and (c) Munusamy in the Patta issued to the petitioner by the third respondent for the house sites in the year 2004 dated 10.12.2004 and also direct the respondents 3 and 4 to issue Patta only in the name of the petitioner, who is the sole legal heir of Late.Palani Naicker, Ex-Serviceman as per the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in and by an order dated 30.08.2023 passed in W.A.No.97 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent has passed the final order and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
