ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 27.01.2025 made in W.A.No.2348 of 2024.

2. After notice, when the case is taken up for hearing today for further hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the Government Order made in G.O.(3D)No.14, Higher Education (D1) Department, dated 08.12.2025.

3. This factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, since the orders have been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
