Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to upload the patta details (C.A. no 216/86-87 ) into official Website of the Revenue Department and to issue the Computerised patta in the name of Mrs. K. comprised in Survey no.25/5 Ayanavaram Village, Chennai District measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft within the time fixed by this honble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Premkumar For Respondents : Mr.P.Ganesan Government Advocate Order Heard Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief:- i) For issuance of mandamus to the respondents to upload the patta details (C.A. no 216/86-87 ) into official Website of the Revenue Department and to issue the Computerised patta in the name of Mrs. K. Pattammal in respect of the property House Ground and premises bearing Door No 42/125, Vellala Street, Ayanavaram, Chennai 600 023 comprised in Survey no.25/5 Ayanavaram Village, Chennai District measuring an 2/6
extent of 1800 sq.ft within the time fixed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that seeking for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.08.2025 to the respondents, since, the said representation has not evoked any response, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents fairly submitted that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered at the earliest and appropriate orders would be passed within the time as stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the scope of limited prayer, sought for, in this Writ Petition and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondents this Court, without going into merits of the contention putforth by the petitioner, either in the Writ Petition or in the representation, is of the view, suffice it would be to direct the respondent concerned to pass orders on the petitioner's representation in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 and upload the patta details into official website of the revenue department and issue computerised patta in the respect of the property standing in the name of the petitioner's grandmother, K.Pattammal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
