Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records to the impugned order of suspension Ref.No.AEECS/Esta/Staff/9-2019/7 dated 05.09.2019 and Ref.No. AEECS/Esta/Staff/12-2019/8 dated 02.12.2019 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same consequential directions to reinstate and further direct the 5th respondent to treat the period from 06.09.2019 till date of joining as duty period and pay salary and other consequential benefits thereof.

ORDER
There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner an earlier dates of hearing i.e., on 15.09.2025 & 13.10.2025.

On 10.11.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that he has given up vakalat in the matter and accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.11.2025 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a memo to the above effect. This Court further directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioner as Partyin-Person.
3. On 14.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel. Thus, the matter was adjourned to 28.11.2025. On 28.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, eventhough his name was shown in the cause-list as Party-in-Person. Thus, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

4. Today, (02.12.2025) when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and called in the forenoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, the matter was passed over. Even when the matter was called again in the afternoon session there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
5. Thus, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
