ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 for UDR patta corrections, based on second respondent report dated 26.04.2018. 2.The case of petitioner is that Nathahalli Village S.No.695/1A1 an extent of property 8400 square feet by way of Sale deed vide Document No.1922/1980, the above property classified as Village Natham and thereafter sub-divided and it has been changed as S.No.873/11A in new classification and kept vacant site only 780 square metre, the above land executed by Parvathi by way of Sale Deed vide Document No.5530/2011. 3.The petitioner submits that after his representation dated 05.04.2018, the first respondent sought for report from the second respondent in UDR patta corrections, thereafter the second respondent sent a report to the first respondent on 26.04.2018.

4.The petitioner further submits that UDR patta should be given as per enjoyment of vacant site also and hence he visited the office of the first respondent office several times for making UDR corrections in his name, but first respondent has not given any response even after the report of the second respondent vide na.ka.No.1686/2018/E1, dated 26.04.2018. 5.According to the petitioner, he gave a representation to the first respondent for patta corrections on 24.06.2019, but the first respondent has not take any action taken till date. 6.The petitioner has no other alternative remedy except to approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition filed.
7.Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
8.In view of the above and considering the submission made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders based on the second respondent report dated 26.04.2018 in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 9.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.No costs.
