(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's representation seeking for premature release to her brother, has already been rejected through G.O.(D).No.72, Home (Prison-IVA) Department, dated 23.01.2024.
2. In case, the petitioner intends to challege the said Government Order, liberty is hereby granted to her in this regard. As such, the present prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stand closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
