The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the orders of the Writ Court, survey has been conducted by the respondent on 09.02.2024.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
