ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list and close the history sheet in the petitioner's name

on the file of the fourth respondent on the basis of the representation dated 01.10.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that four cases have been filed against the petitioner and in all the four cases the petitioner was acquitted and even then the fourth respondent is keeping the petitioner's name in the rowdy list and hence, he has requested to direct the fourth respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list as per the representation dated 01.10.2019.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that a suitable direction may be issued to the fourth respondent.

4. Considering the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2019, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to submit his grievance, dispose of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
