(crime no.67 of 2022) Respondent(s) PRAYER: To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 3, considering the submissions made on either side and taking note of the reasons stated in the petition, particularly at Prargraph No. 4, the condition to stay at Yanam report before the Yanam Police Station everyday at 10.30am, until further orders is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders made in Crl.MP.No.10956/2025 dated 16.06.2025 in Crl.A.No.1360/2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders made in Crl.MP.No.10956/2025 in Crl.A.No.1360/2024, dated 16.06.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal appeal. 5.
