Crime No.293 of 2025 Respondent(s) PRAYER To modify the condition in para no.7 "Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000 (Rupees sixty thousand only) to the credit of Crime no.293 of 2025 before the trial court on such deposit and production of proof the petitioner are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, on or before 24.08.2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that in Crl op.no.22686 of 2025 order dated 14.08.2025 on the file of this Court in Crime No.293 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner "to deposit the amount of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.293 of 2025 before the trial Court, on such deposit and production of proof, the petitioner are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, on or before 24.08.2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned" by this Court dated 14.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22686 of 2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is facing financial stringency and was therefore unable to mobilize the amount Rs.60,000/-.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22686 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.293 of 2025 before the trial Court and to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready. 22-09-2025 1/2 gbi Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
