This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) on the petitioner herein by this Hon'ble Court order dated 09.10.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.25104 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25104 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
