This petition is been filed to amend the provisions of law in the prayer portion of Crl.O.P.No.26548 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 as Sections 115(ii), 118(i), 296(b), 351(iii) of the BNS Act instead of Sections 117(iii), 118(ii), 296(b) and 351(iii) of the BNS Act.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this miscellaneous petition, this Crl.M.P is ordered as prayed for. Further, two weeks time is granted to amend the Sections.
