ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 107 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissed for non prosecution passed by this Court in above Criminal Appeal No.305 of 2025 and decide the same on merits.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of communication between the petitioner and her counsel the petitioner was not able to contest the case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate raised objection to allow this petition.
4. The reason assigned by the petitioner for delay is justifiable. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
