This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.12576 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5112 of 2023 dated 23.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent twice in a month for a further period of four times and thereafter as and when required.
