This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in para No.3(i) on 03.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9073 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7475 of 2023.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, twice in a month until further orders.
