ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) We have perused the evidence of P.W.1, P.W.2 along with the doctor's evidence, P.W.10. P.W.1 and P.W.2 are eye-witnesses. P.W.1 is closely related to the family of the deceased. The version of P.W.1 corroborates with the deposition of P.W.2. We have carefully gone through the nature of injury spoken to by the doctor, P.W.10. Since the petitioner is not able to establish any prima facie case for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis grant of suspension of sentence, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
