This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23639 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
