ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2024 in accordance with law within the stipulated time and direct the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot 3443, 3444 and 3445 within stipulated time.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and the representation dated 30.09.2024, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted the subject matter Plot bearing Nos.3443, 3444 and 3445. However, clandestinely third parties have managed to obtain sale deeds in their name. The petitioner therefore has made a representation on 30.09.2024.

3. In view of the limited relief that is sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the private respondents. The first respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2024. For enquiry, notices can be issued to the petitioner as well as the other private respondents in whose name sale deed have been issued or any other person interested. After conducting enquiry, orders can be passed in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
