This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24162 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24162 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
