The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to forbear the respondents herein from proceeding to enforce the implementation of the Solid Waste Management Programme in the area earmarked as "Park" by the 3rd respondent, CMDA in Ramakrishna Nagar, Extension - II, Porur, Chennai. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3/Corporation submitted that Porur Town Panchayat got merged with the Corporation and even though there was a proposal for implementation of the Solid Waste Management Programme in the area ear-marked as 'Park', the same is given up for the present and the Park is being maintained.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Corporation, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
