2.Even though Mr.T.R.Senthil Kumar, learned senior standing counsel vehemently opposed this petition, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both sides, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
