This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on all working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25532 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 25532 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
