This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to alter the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and to include 307 of IPC in the above Cr.No.451 of 2019 and pending investigation on the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has made an endorsement that the first respondent is given up.
