ORDER

The present application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to conduct the AGM of the 1st respondent/Trust after issuing proper notices to all the 131 members of the Trust as per the provisions of the bye-laws of the Trust Deed in their physical presence.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Annual General 1/3

Meeting, for which, the learned Advocate Commissioner was sought to be appointed, had already been conducted by the first respondent. In view of the same, there is no necessity to further adjudicate the said application.

3. In fine, the application is closed as being infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to challenge the said Annual General Meeting, if he is so aggrieved.
