Petitioner herein alleging that, police is harassing him under the guise of investigation in C.F.No.1/284/2023 seeks direction not to harass.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner was called for enquiry in connection with C.F.No.1/284/2023, later on enquiry, said complaint was closed. He further submitted that, enquiry report in C.F.No.1/284/2023 forwarded by National Commission for SC and ST.
3. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.12.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma 2/4
