ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in criminal appeal no.36 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025 partly allowing the judgement rendered by the Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Kallakurichi in C.C. No.77 of 2017, dated 01.03.2024 pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

2. The petitioner herein is accused in C.C. No.77 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Kallakurichi. The Trial found the petitioner guilty under Section 279 & 304 A IPC and sentenced him to undergo 2 years imprisonment wife fine of Rs.4,000/- and imposed fine of Rs.1,000/- for offence under Section 304A IPC. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner filed the criminal appeal no.36 of 2024 before the Principal Sessions judge, kallakurichi, which partly allowed the appeal. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
