22.11.2003 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from in any way demanding and collecting electricity consumption charges pursuant to the impugned letter dated 11.5.2000.

ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the matter as the petitioner has already paid the entire due amount.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent - Electricity Board submitted that entire due amount has been collected by the respondent from the petitioner on 04.06.2016 for both the service connections. To prove the same, he has produced a copy of the letter dated 14.07.2017 along with the bills.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and the copy of a letter dated 14.07.2017, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
