This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8383 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6521 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m.,till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
