O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.08.2023 made in W.P.No.9277 of 2017. 2.This Court vide order dated 09.08.2023 made in W.P.No.9277 of 2017, directed the respondent to settle the terminal benefits of the first respondent therein in favour of his legal heirs, pursuant to which, the respondent after deducting a sum of Rs.2,77,091.40 which has to be recovered from the first respondent therein, settled a sum of Rs.5,89,598.75 in favour of the wife of the first respondent therein/ first petitioner herein, by way of cheque bearing no.036088 dated 30.01.2025.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioners feel that there are any amount due from the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 07.03.2025 pri Index: Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No 2/3
