This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8309 of in Crl.M.P.No.5567 of in Crl.O.P.No.5769 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, relaxed.
