ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the communication issued by the 1st respondent in proceedings No. O.Mu.4358 / 2023 / u dated 08.08.2023 to the 2nd respondent and rectify the extent of lands in S.F.No. 265/2A as 13 cents and in S.F.No. 265/2C as 25 cents and reflect the same in all revenue records.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the communication of the 1st respondent, rectification was made in S.F.No. 265/2A as 13 cents and in S.F.No. 265/2C as 25 on 21.01.2024.
