ORDER

This petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 seeking permission to continue with the petitioner club activities.

2. The petitioner club is functioning from the year 1990 and its main object is to conduct in-door and outdoor games. It has a valid licence and the same has been renewed till 2024. The club was under renovation and the same has been completed fully and likely to continue its club recreation activities. Therefore, the petitioner sought permission to continue with the club recreation activities vide letter dated 12.06.2025.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that without considering the said representation, the respondents have been interfering with the day to day affairs of the petitioner club under the guise of inspection.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders. It is made clear that if any illegal activities is happening in the club, the Police shall interfere into the same and take appropriate action.
