O R D E R
The sole grievance set out in this writ petition by the petitioner is that she was pursuing B.E degree course initially in the self financing college namely, V.P.M.M Engineering College for Women during the academic year 2003-2004. 2.The petitioner has submitted an application seeking transfer to Dr.Sivanthi Adidthanar Engineering College. The contention of the petitioner is that she had completed first year in V.P.M.M Engineering College for Women at Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
There were certain infrastructural deficiencies in that college. Consequently, she requested for transfer. Since the second respondent college demanded a sum of Rs.1,05,000/- for issuing no objection certificate, the petitioner has chosen to file the present writ petition.
3.The duration of B.E Course is four years and on completion of the first year, the transfer application was submitted by the petitioner. Now after a lapse of thirteen years, the transfer of the petitioner does not arise at all and such a ground raised in this writ petition deserves no further adjudication and consideration. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
