Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the submissions made, the para No.6[d] in Crl.O.P.No.25536 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025 shall be read as follows: "6[d] the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.428 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Tiruppur and the proof of the said deposit shall be produced before the learned Magistrate concerned at the time of execution of sureties;" 4.

Further, the para No.6[e] in the aforesaid order shall be removed.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 17.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25536 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
