2.Considering the facts of the case, HMOP was filed by the respondent for divorce and also the fact that both the petitioner and the respondent are aged about more than 30 years. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A No. 3 of 2022 in HMOP No. 97 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
