The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioner has to report before the concerned trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m. Until further orders by order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25606 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file as SC No.98 of 2020 and the next date of hearing is posted on 04.12.2024 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25606 of 2024 by order dated 18.10.2024 to report before the concerned trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m. Until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem on every Monday at 10:30 a.m. and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
