The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - husband submitted that the respondent is going to withdraw the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.2464 of 2019 pending on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.
