This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.04.2025 in W.P.No.12799 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Executive Magistrate/Revenue Divisional Officer dated 14.11.2025 was placed before this Court.

3. Recording the same this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work his remedy in the manner known to law. Connected sub application is closed.
