This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the Mallur Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.26125 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26125 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
