The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the Inspector of Police, the first respondent, not to interfere with the internal management of the petitioner association.

2.On perusal of the cause title, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not an association and the writ petition is not filed by the association. But, contrarily, the writ petition is filed by one Mr.S.Kasthuri, S/o.Sreerangan Chettiar. 3.Since the association is not a party to this writ petition and the direction sought for is also against the first respondent not to interfere with the internal management of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's association, this Court is of the view that the sole grievance raised in this writ petition deserves no further consideration. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
